Don't Tell Me There's No Problem
Am I the only one that HATES it when reporting a site as being down only the get the automated message that the outtage has been resolved? Yet as I look at the blank screen, my site is clearly NOT live.

DH seems to think that issues that are not server-wide, are perhaps not as critical. It's like their shifting blame. Let's be sure of one thing, when my sites goes down for the third time in five days, and I again report it, I could care LESS if the server at large is functioning.

What you should be doing is to file a customer service report rather than rely on the automated system.

It's up for me.

Do a traceroute when it appears to be down for you and see what that says.
