Php and layouts
Does anyone know where I can learn to make a web layout (modular sites) using php. I used ssi, but I wanna learn to do it with php, because it looks neater and less cluttered. If anyone can show me or point me to a web page, that would be a big help.

A simplier, although less flexible/powerful way, than the link that wil suggested would be to create functions with HTML code embedded in it, and call the functions when you need to:

function nav()
{

?>
<a href="home.php">Home</a>
<a href="links.php">Links</a>
<a href="feedback.php">Feedback</a>
<?php

}

function body()
{

?>
<p>Welcome to my web site!</p>
<?php

}

nav();
body();

Okay, this is a VERY simplified version of this, but it works quite well for me. Of course, you can set parameters on how each function is called, and set variables within functions, and use includes to call up other PHP files.
