MySQL server name
hello everyone .. Smile
im having a little problem intalling my new guestbook ..
it requires me to wirte down the name of MySQL server and it says normally its named 'localhost' .. i tried it but i still get the no access to mysql server error ..
im sure my username from which i logon into the server is correct so is the password .. and the input for my database name is also correct .. so the only thing left for me to check is the servername .. the manual says i should checkup with my webhost if a similar problem occured ..

by the way, im using a subdomain so i really dont know if this has to do anything with this ^^! ..

waiting for your reply and thank you in advance Smile
here is how it looks like .. just in case

The "hostname" is something you specify when you set up your MySQL database in the control panel. For example, when I setup my weblog, I created a hostname of mysql.jessey.net, but it doesn't have to be like that. Check the Control Panel MySQL page for your hostname.
