Average turnaround for tech support tickets
Is there some kind of guarantee that DreamHost provides for TAT? I'd like to know what the average TAT for a ticket is. Also, what is the average waiting time for live chat?

Coming from Hostgator, they have a live chat feature too but it takes an hour to actually get hold of an agent and another hour to get them get me a resolution. Live chat like that is no support. I want to be sure what I am getting into.
