Wrong mailbox monitoring statistics (?)

Hi,

I recently verified that one of my mail accounts with no messages inside is reported having a 27% occupied space in the webpanel. Initially I thought of forgotten messages that might have been removed in the ‘old’ folder but no messages were found there either.

Does anyone have experienced a similar thing or know anything to what might be related ? Am I missing something trivial perhaps ?

The user is using 27% of their total disk limit (they needn’t have email to be using space). You can up the user’s quota by going through Manage Email and clicking the Edit button next to the account in question.

Look for the setting: “Limit total disk usage / Includes web site usage, if any!”
