I've got WordPress installed, and a friend of mine had problems grabbing articles via the RSS feed. I tested the feed link (RSS 2.0, fwiw) in a validator, and it turned out that the content-type was being sent as text/html. By contrast, other feeds send out a content-type of text/xml.
I checked my wp-rss2.php file, and sure enough it has a header call to set the content-type to text/xml. So, why is my feed sending out text/html? Is this due to some setting on the Apache side of things?
I'm not sure if I need to file a request ticket to get this fixed, or if there's something else I could change on my end...
Thanks in advance!
