WP 3.5 insert media issue

Will there be a notification when the insert media issue has been resolved? The fix that worked for me was to turn off Page Speed Optimization. This of course disables Google Analytics which was the reason I had turned it on.

Thanks

We’ve got our engineers on this one. It’s looking like a quirky Google error, rather than something we did weirdly. Yay? I don’t know if that’s good or bad, really.

Good news for you, though! There’s an alternative fix that will let you keep pagespeed on  Just put this in your wp-config.php file:

That tells Google to step back just a little on the JS issue.

Got it changed, thanks. Will I need to remove that line some time in the future when this gets ironed out?

Yes, and I believe we’ll be making a post about this on our status blog, or here, so people know.

Ah - so this is a fairly ‘wide spread’ issue then; nothing I did.

The fix works wonderfully and is keeping me up and posting - thanks again Ipstenu.

It’s not you at all, Ashlan  People outside DreamHost are having the same problem, so if you want to picture a bunch of annoying webhost engineers hunting down Google with pitchforks and torches… I’ve said too much. Google sees all.

Pagespeed is an oxymoron.

I’m also having this issue. Can someone please provide a fix in simple laymen terms?
