is there anyone who has recently activated SSL / https certificates to wordpress multisite, without any problem in the subdomain.yoursite [dot] com?

Distraught by what I am told by DH. Wordpress multisite subdomain propagation cannot work as it is not completely in the server. I do not give up and continue with the tests.
