Why my .bz domain renewal so frustrating

I have .bz domain, and it expired 2 days ago, which really made the Christmas “merry”. I renewed it 5 hours ago, and my credit card charged, but I received no feedback from Dreamhost, and posted a ticket, and no response yet, so I am trying here, see if I can get any tip on how to get my domain work as soon as possible.

If you already checked your spam folder and found no email with instructions on how to proceed, I’d open a support ticket with DreamHost or start a chat to make sure all is under control.
