Whitelist problem

Hi,
I added some mail to the whitelist (some manually, others by the junkmail quarantine options). I still have these mails put into quarantine. Any ideas? Whitelist mail should not be set as junk mail!

I think MAYBE they were having problems with the junk filter recently. I just logged into web panel and noticed that all of my custome entries to the whitelist and blacklist (across all of my domains) have been deleted. Ugh, manually re-entering all those whitelist addresses does not sound pleasant to me! I must do what I must do, I guess.

You may want to go check and see what is listed on your webpanel, and add them from there. I am going to add mine back tomorrow and see if they take.
