White Screen of Death: ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

http://http//www.4year-plan.com/wp-content/plugins/highcharts/js/highcharts.js net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

I’m getting an error with a suspicious looking double http:// as shown above that’s locked me out of my wp-admin page without affecting my site itself. I still have FTP access and I’ve been trying very, very hard to correct the issue off of that but I’ve got literally nothing to go off of.

All the debugger shows me is a “mystery” index.php file that I don’t recognize. The mystery file contains the following two lines at the top which are clearly (somehow) causing the problem.

Any ideas? I’m pretty desperate to get back into my wp-admin page at this point.

Your site has been hacked. The akismet plugin and twenyfifteen theme had those calls, which was NOT normal.

You have a highcharts folder in ~/4Year-Plan.com/WordPress/wp-content/plugins/ and ~/4Year-Plan.com/wp-content/plugins/ but those were not plugins at all, just a dump of JS files, which is again, not normal.

I’ve made a backup folder of your site in 4Year-Plan.com.hack and I removed the highcharts folders. You should open a support ticket for a full account scan, however. I’ve done a rudimentary cleanup to let you back into your site.
