Where's my hosting account?

I ordered a hosting package from you on October 1st. It’s now October 4th and all I got from you is the “account is still pending approval” and couple automated messages with WRONG credentials for FTP.

What the hell?

You should contact suport and ask them for an update as to the status of your new account. Just log into your panel > Support > contact support and fill out a ticket there.

They may become right - I’ve found the DH system’s user setup process sending out the credentials email before it actually gets the respective service to a working state. It can take hours or days for the service to start working, depending on system workload, I guess.
