Where is support?


Comcast is blocking my email forwarded from Dreamhost because at least one of the Dreamhost servers is blacklisted by AOL.

I was told that the issue would appear on DreamhostStatus.com, but there is nothing. Now I can’t get any updates from support on this problem.


This seems to be an increasingly regular problem and not just for DreamHost.

I am not sure what you mean by this. Do you mean that DreamHost support are not replying to your requests, or that the reply emails are being blocked enroute to you?

If the latter, then you can either use the web based mail system or log into the panel, where copies of all support emails can be found.
