My guess is it comes from your local username. Try
and see what happens (change $your_username to the DreamHost ID you use to ssh into your account.) One of the fields in /etc/passwd is the real name of the account.

Changing the real name in the DH web interface for my user made /etc/passwd change and also what mutt takes as default real name.
