Where did the "www" go?

I just activated my DH account, switched nameservers yesterday, and can get to my DH website only as http://wardogcreative.com. My old site is still available on Earthlink’s servers at http://www.wardogcreative.com. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it so that people who visit www.wardogcreative.com see the right website?

Any help is appreciated

You probably haven’t done anything wrong: the Internet just needs some time to do things. In a couple of days’ time, everything should be fine. We usually call this “propagation”

Really? Hmmm, I guess I’ll have to wait a few days to cancel my old web hosting service. Thanks for the info!

Probably the ‘www’ entry is cached on your ISP’s nameservers.

Your ISP and your old webhost aren’t the same, are they? If so, you may want to make sure that their DNS servers don’t still think they’re authoritative for your domain.

It’s working today
