When is Dreamhost going to fix the EMAIL PROBLEM?!?!? (7 year saga)

Email severely delayed…some accounts not working at all (getting error: Your email server does not have the features required to allow messages to be left on the server."). Emails sent don’t reach destination… We’ve changed nothing!!! No response from support.

DH has had email issues for us (Sub4) for weeks!!! Maybe months! And this happens on and off for 7 years now!

What is the problem DH?!!? And why does www.dreamhoststatus.com say nothing is wrong?!?!
