For the second time in three days, our email accounts are getting inundated with duplicate emails. This is really frustrating. I’ve already fired off a trouble ticket to Support about it. I sure hope this isn’t going to turn into a recurring problem!
this happens to me occassionally when I use multiple computers to access the same account… one IMAP and one POP3 (set to leave a copy on the server 14 days after ‘popping’).
If this describes your setup, going in and ‘popping’ off all the mail and leaving nothing ususally sets it back to working properly.
We’re using POP clients to access all of our accounts. When this problem first arose about 2 weeks ago, their tech said it was a problem with their central database and the keyword filter. Apparently it’s still not fixed.
