I'm getting all sorts of weird behavior on tak now. I think it started a few days ago, but I'm not completely sure (maybe coinciding with the kernel upgrade?).
First, the subversion repository I'm running has started getting locked spuriously and corrupted constantly, like every few accesses. The Berkeley DB utilities are acting strange as well, usually to do with locks. And, I tried recompiling both (I compiled them on tak last month) and running ./configure now errors with:
bash: ../dist/configure: /bin/sh: bad interpreter: Permission denied
which is crazy, since I can run sh no problem, and running "sh ./configure" works, which also makes no sense. Also, once I get configure run, svn's make bombs out on a libtool error.
Does this have something to do with the kernel upgrade? Did they not install the right shared libraries or something? It's making the machine totally unusable for my primary reason for having the account, and costing me a ton of time. Anybody have a clue what's going on?
