Do DreamHost and its employees continue working through-out the weekend? Or do I have to wait until Monday for my domain?


We have support employees working 7 days a week (except for Christmas day).

There is always an Admin employee working or monitoring the pager (during the week, there’s one of us at the office 24 hours a day, and over the weekend there is someone on call watching the pager).

Also, note that most of our system is automated, so you can generally setup or order a domain without any employee intervention at all.
