All of my sites are down, so I tried to login to the DreamHost site to contact the support team, as I normally do when having web issues.
However, my login failed numerous times (others have tried as well) and when I attempted to reset the password, it told me that I must use the “primary email” for this account. However, to the best of my knowledge there is no other email address associated with this account.
So, I’m now unable to contact tech support and login to troubleshoot the issue, and I need my sites back up and running asap.
Any advice? Any way to contact them via phone to solve this?
