Our pet rescue’s website was hacked (someone got the username/password) and worse they were able to access the Admin email (because it is accessible within the panel) to change the password.
Now they are trying to scam would-be pet adopters out of $.
DreamHost does not have a way for me to call support.
I filled in the support form but now I guess I just wait until they contact me back.
Any suggestions on how to get this resolved faster? For example, is there anything I can do at whois or other place to temporarily bring down the site until DreamHost responds to provide access?
