Webmail log out, password incorrect

While in my mailbox and browsing through emails on the squirrel mail webmail site, I will randomly receive the “Unknown user or password incorrect” error page. Upon trying to log back in, it will give me the same error. I have to close all browsers, re-open a window, and log back in. It will work for a few minutes and then log me out again.

I’ve checked dreamhoststatus.com… nothing reported.

I’m on the homiemail-sub4 cluster.

I’m not being idle or staying logged in for hours. If that was the case, I could see why I’d be logged out for timeout or whatnot. But this is really strange.

Anyone else?

There was an issue with the homiemail-sub-4 cluster earlier today; there were several high load machines in the sub4 cluster that caused errors like the one you saw in webmail. The issue has since been resolved, so webmail should be working normally now.
