I’m guessing it’s better now, but only Support can check this out if you submit a ticket. Someone on your server is either having a script problem, or it’s a really big spike in traffic.
I have the same problem today, with genovese. Extremely high load causes server to be unusable from half hour.
Do you know if there are some automatic tools to prevent that situation (i.e. kill problematic processes)? Is it complicated to implement such functionality?
 Machine was rebooted. Now load is OK. It took one hour for admin to reboot machine. Can’t some kind of watchod be applied here?
