Web.Py + Passenger + Static Files

software development

#1

Hi,

Has anyone gotten Web.Py with Passenger working while serving static files? When I run the WSGI server through passenger for Web.Py, the public directory basically doesn’t exist anymore as far as the server is concerned.

I tried the FCGI route but I get permission errors on the main python file even though it’s set to 0755.

I don’t need anything fancy. I just want Web.Py through passenger with a special folder called “static” or “public” that serves static files like CSS and images.

Thanks,
Aditya
