With all the packet loss taking place, we’re having a lot of our data being corrupted. I use my DH stuff for email and hosting a dozen web sites, plus a half dozen client accounts. We also have a client & file management system which helps us communicate with our clients and our offices in Seattle and Berlin.
Starting today, we have been having a lot of problems with files that are sent through DH, either through our system (PHP) or via email (IMAP.) We typically zip files first, but that hasn’t been helping.
While DH is still sorting out the packet loss issue, I’m trying to find another way to keep our files from being damaged in transit. Short of signing up for another host, are there any other things I can do in the mean time?
