Hi, I’m trying to analyse performance on MySQL PS.
I’ve got around six user accounts that read/write data and another account that I use to ‘admin’ the MySQL server (which has permissions to create/drop objects etc).
What I’d like to be able to do is run SHOW PROCESSLIST and see activity across ALL account on my MySQL PS (and not just the account I happen to be logged in as while I run that command).
It’s really difficult to troubleshoot issues when you can’t see what other users are doing. Basically, what I need is my ‘admin’ account to have the PROCESS privilege, but this isn’t listed as an option on the DreamHost MySQL Users page.
Does anybody know a way around this?
(As a side note, a separate forum for DreamHost PS customers wouldn’t be a bad idea.)
