Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

Hey, I’m getting something along the lines of the following everytime I try to send an e-mail to 1 specific domain? What can I do to fix this?

There’s your problem. It looks like the receiving mail server is blocking mail from looneymail-a1.g.dreamhost.com (IP address: 08.113.200.13) due to viruses and/or spam coming from that IP. That’s one of the pitfalls of shared hosting. Contact DreamHost support and see if they can stop the offending costumer from spewing junk. According to http://www.logsat.com/SFDB/why.asp, once the flow of junk stops for 24 hours, the IP will be removed from the blacklist, and the server should accept your mail.
