Unauthorized Payments and missing invoices!




I used credit card to make a payment for my monthly payment on 5th of Jan, 2017, and I got an email that the payment was done, but now when I check my account to get an invoice, I discovered the following:

1- There is no invoice available for this first payment.

2- There was ANOTHER payment charged to my account (outstanding balance) that I was not told about, and I did NOT get any emails about it, I discovered it by chance!

3- I can not seem to get any invoice for that SECOND payment too

So, My questions are:

1- Why a SECRET payment I did not make or authorize goes throw without my knowledge and WITHOUT notifying me with an email?

2- Why I can NOT get invoices for any of those 2 last payments?
