Unable to login or change my password

We have an account but cannot login to it and site is requiring email address but says those are not in the system. Further more we cannot get past the solution provided as our credit card references are also being rejected. Is there any way I can reach someone as our email is down.

Thank you Matt I have tried that but the credit card I used was not accepted.

If you do not have the CC info or if it not getting accepted please use the “other” option to submit the ticket
