I’m a new customer here at DreamHost. Yesterday, when I tried to log into my account, I found that the control panel wasn’t recognizing my username/password for some reason! Every time I tried, it would return the message “Error! Username or password is incorrect.” I know this is definitely not the case since I know for a fact that I entered the right e-mail address and password (even double-checked my confirmation e-mail). At first I thought the control panel was just down, but it seems to be up and running at the moment and I still can’t log in. I tried sending myself the password via the “Forget Password?” link, but waited for more than ten minutes without seeing anything appear in my inbox (or my spam folder). I would greatly appreciate it if someone assisted me in this matter.
