Unable to access Web Panel?

Hey - sorry, I’m a new user to DH and I’m not sure if there was planned downtime or not - but I haven’t been able to access any of the functions (besides the news+contacts) in my web panel.

Is this just me, or is it because DH are servicing it?

If you are seeing some options grayed out, most likely this means that you’re logged in using a Web ID that doesn’t have any hosting services under it. If you log out and log back in using a Web ID that has hosting services associated with it, you should see your panel sections come back.

If you’re not sure what that Web ID is, contact support with your domain name and they’ll let you know what to do from there.

Thanks, LOL! I’ve got 2 similar ID logins with DH (one of them was a dummy account thing before I signed up for real) and I accidently used the one in which I wasn’t hosted with.

You can make your hosting plan accessible via that first ID too using the second IDs Home > Account Privileges - a really great feature.
