Unable to access control panel

Hi…

I’ve been attempting to access my account a couple of times during the past week or two, but to no avail. I’ve even tried the lost password function… so I know that my email address and password is correct.

So I do hope you can resolve this issue.

My email is _facade @ livejournal.com

Also… my domain has been done quite often recently… (even during the times when it is supposed to be up — judging from what’s reported in the status blog), is there any problem with my account/domain or…?

Have you tried contacting DreamHost support from outside of your panel via the general support form?
