Unable to Access Account


I have an account (confirmation emails, and I was able to login, etc). However, I recently tried to login with my email and I received a message that there was no known account with that email. Obviously I can’t login to access customer support. How can I have this issue resolved?

In case you didn’t, or if anyone else runs into this: Make sure you’re using the right email address. Sounds obvious, but it’s easy to get wrong if you have more than one!
