Transferring from another host using SSH

#1

Hello
I am a new user with dreamhost and I have a few questions.
First of all I created two directories(soccerspeech.com and enblogopedia.com) under 1 user.
And Added two sub-domains for the two domains. Note I didn’t change my DNS yet!
And pointed the sub-domain to the new directories:
soccerspeech.dreamhosters.com ‘pointing to’ /home/username/soccerspeech.com/

And successfully dumped my DB to the Dreamhost using:
mysql -h <mysql.example.com> -u -p < <outfile.sql>
that is mentioned in a previous post.

And from the old host I made a full backup(backup.tar.gz) and placed it remotely to the directory soccerspeech.com here on my Dreamhost account (using SSH)
The backup file contains the following files and folders:

addons cp fp interchange mma mysql.sql proftpdpasswd resellerconfig shadow ssldomain suspendinfo vad
bandwidth cron homedir logs mms nobodyfiles psql sds shell sslkeys userdata vf
counters dnszones httpfiles mm mysql pds quota sds2 sslcerts suspended va

My questions are:
1- Do I need all these folders?? or just homedir and delete the rest?
2- Should I change the directory to soccerspeech.com/homedir instead of soccerspeech.com, OR should I move its content to the main directory(soccerspeech.com)
3- In all cases when I am trying to access the sub-domain:soccerspeech.dreamhosters.com
I am getting the following error:
Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Note that “extra Web Security” is enabled.

any ideas?

Note that the mysql.sql file wasn’t included in the backup file. It was generated after importing the DB!
mysql -h <mysql.example.com> -u -p < <outfile.sql>
