I would like to transfer a DH registration to another DH member but keep the hosting. The reason for that move is to make sure this member has FULL CONTROL over the ownership of that registration.
Is that possible anf, if so, how is it done?

From what I remembered, this won’t be allowed by DH if both accounts used promo codes to sign up the hosting plan. If you used the promo codes, you will have to contact DH support.
I don’t think this applies to registration. The OP wants to keep the hosting, but not the registration. The registration transfer will probably run the standard $9.95 to extend the registration another year on the new account.
