TOS Compliant mailing list software

I’m the web guy for Full Circle Magazine (fullcirclemagazine.org) and have been using Subscribe2+WordPress for our mailing list.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t meet the Dreamhost standards and I can’t use it anymore. Are there any WordPress compatible (more favorable) pieces of software that comply?

Have you evaluated the DH Announce List feature to see if it will meet your needs? This is by far the easiest way to remain compliant with the DH TOS.
