Too long to get started due to DH team not being responsive


I want a refund. It’s been far too long to even get started doing my things and time is precious. I’ve bought a hosting plan and a domain an hour ago thinking I could get started almost immediately. This hasn’t been the case. Live chat is unavailable and no one has replied to the tickets. To me this is a big red flag and I want out.
