"This account is currently pending"


I registered a domain with you on December 7, 2013 but I cannot do anything with my account. All I get is the “This account is currently pending…” message. I tried to make another payment and even pressed the “have us call you now…” link but nothing happens.

Can someone from the staff tell me why my account is on limbo?
