Tcl support?

Hey guys. I’m very satisfied with dreamhost so far, but I’m having a problem.

One of the reasons I decided to go here was the shell access, as I’m constantly working on IRC projects and have been having issues finding a reliable shell. I probably should have checked about this before signing up but again, it was but one of the reasons this place was appealing.

Still, I’m hoping that there is some way that I can use tcl, because Eggdrop requires it to compile, and I’m a bit held back until I can figure out what to do.

So is there any tcl support on the shells? If there isn’t, is there any way to request it or to pay extra for it?

thanks in advance

There’s a good chance you can install this for your self. You’d just put the source files in your home directory, get into your account via ssh/telnet and then install them and update your path so you can reference it. I think there’s install instructions on the site for tcl somewhere, but it’s in a state of disrepair and bunches of the links don’t work.
