System Won't let me upgrade my account

Trying to upgrade my account and it won’t let me, what is my next option?

Says I can’t downgrade… I am not downgrading I am upgrading. I have extra IPs on my account already and I think that is what is kicking it back.

Sounds like a bug! I think we’ve fixed something like this before, but there may still be some buggy code in there (the upgrade/downgrade stuff is fairly complicated).

Your best bet is to send a message to tech support. Make sure to mention what you’re trying to upgrade from/to, and what Web ID you’re trying to do it with. Our Dev team will take a look and see what the problem is.

I wrote, they wrote back, and said they were working on it. I am anxious to step up. They said for me to wait till they had it fixed. I am waiting… anxiously… :smiley:
