Support to expedite ticket

UPDATE: Jamie from support told me to respond to expedite my account activation. I have paid and was approved, yet my account is still disabled. My ticket number is #7649836. Thank you.

I’ve just submitted my 3rd ticket in an attempt to get help resolving an issue that was created on Dreamhost’s end. My 1st ticket was FIVE days ago and just recently was responded to- and yet it was incomplete and didn’t address my full inquiry…my immediate response directly back to that agent has still yet to be answered. This is unacceptable and is past the point of being frustrating. Somehow my account was pending (even though I hadn’t been able to even finalize my submission of my hosting plan because i’ve been waiting for help to get passed their error) and yet it was just disabled about 15 minutes ago with no explanation of any kind (I discovered it by refreshing my account page and seeing the updated status). This is my last attempt to get some customer service. I’ll wait yet another day, until I go to sleep tonight or I’m canceling my account and reporting this to the BBB and the main websites that review web hosting providers, so that someone else may avoid this.

One thing worth adding here is that pre-sales tickets sent over the weekend (like the one you sent 5 days ago) have lower priority and may take longer to be processed. For the most important ticket you opened, you had almost immediate replies from DreamHost Support team.

A good venue to ask about DreamHost products is the forum “Curious about DreamHost?”, where you can get unfiltered opinions from other customers, too.
