I’ve had two support tickets sit in holding for over a day now (1 day, 8 hours) - #7838991 and #7838987. I’ve never waited for a response for that long before, and usually customer service reps are pretty good about replying.
Is this normal? What can I do to get anyone to look at my tickets and just give me a status update? I would prefer not spending $9.95 for a call-back, since I just paid $300 for a 60 GB VPS and then added a $15/mo mySQL VPS on top of that.
Also, Zendesk LiveChat seems to be down and I keep getting “Sorry, we aren’t online at the moment.” I’m guessing a service update to the Zendesk system?
