Support through Webpanel

Has anybody been receiving emails when DH responds to a support request?

My notifications no longer come.

I did a couple days ago. I got it in my email box, using OutLook Express 6, before I checked the panel.

Do you mean an auto-responder (“your support request has been sent, and we will be getting back to you…”), or an actual reply?

99.9% of the time, we reply to any support requests sent our way. Do you mean that you didn’t get any replies at all?

If that’s the case, send a message to support and ask why they haven’t gotten back to you. Also send a message to me at and I’ll look into it when I get back (I’ll be unavailable for about 2 weeks, unfortunately, but I’ll still check into it when I get back).
