Support requests getting moved to a different queue?

Being the holiday season, I understand an influx of requests with staff taking time off. However, is everybody getting a “different queue” message? My support request has not been answered for 9 days now. What’s going on and when will this be resolved? Thanks.

We’re not ignoring you, we promise. :slight_smile: Inquiries about Let’s Encrypt are currently being moved to a separate queue so we can answer them all once the service is available.
