Please post a support phone number that new users can call for assistance. I am a seasoned user of the web, and have never had such a difficult time setting up an account as I have with DreamHost. I am extremely disappointed, and will cancel my credit card payment to you. Your site does not allow me to upload an existing ThemeForest template, and now your site does not recognize, nor allow me to log into my own site.

Unfortunately, we currently don’t have a number you can call us in at. We handle everything via web.
However, that doesn’t mean we can’t call you. I see you already submitted a support ticket with a phone number to call you at.
You will need to submit another ticket and add the call back service to it for a small fee.
Once we receive that ticket, one of our techs will call you asap.
I know this is an inconvenience and know we feel very confident with our explanation of things web hosting related via support tickets & other web applications.
