Regarding the email problems I just reported, do someone has any idea of how long the Dreamhost support takes to give a user some position ? I wrote them about 3 hours ago and have not heard back yet.
Up to 24 hours is their official answer. Don’t expect a reply anytime soon unless you’re looking to give them more money, or your site is completely down. I think it’s funny that you get faster responses before you’re a customer. Then, once you’re a customer, it seems like forever to hear anything back.

Make sure you have an email address that is not affected by your problem.
Sometimes a reply is sent but for whatever reasons never makes it to your email address so it is a good idea to check the support history under the support section of the panel.
