doesn't work

When logging into my account I get the error described in the following post:

The email adress described here however, which I am told to contact about this, bounces all mail to it.

That is pretty frustrating, and is a known issue involving the way Dreamhost has their support structured. Most, if not all, Dreamhost generated “error pages” instruct you to write to, and yet when you do, you receive that “your message was not received”, etc auto response.

THere is considerable discussion of this situation in a previous thread where Dreamhost founder/honcho Dallas responds, which you might find interesting. As far as I know, they have not yet addressed any additional way to contact support if you can’t use the Control Panel :wink: .
