Support does not respond

Hi there,

Has anyone received a response from support in the last 24 hours? My sites have been down for over 20 hours and there has been no response to my support tickets at all. This is very atypical in my experience with dreamhost, they usually respond quite promptly. Dreamhost if you are out there will you please respond? I have a large group of very angry and anxious clients awaiting your response. Thank you.


My messages have been ignored for 8 days and 4 hours now, but I must say my situation is a bit different now, as my account has been disabled.
Still, they said they will help.
