Suggestions on what to do?

I keep getting emails from DH that I need to update my debit card to pay for services, BUT can’t get on the DH panel/site to do this. Since the 60-day grace period is near its end, my website may be terminated. Are there any alternatives for contacting someone/system/robot?

Otherwise, this is my presence saying I am trying.
