Still can't seem to log into my email

I posted a couple of days ago, when I go to my email website: webmail.rmvcorp.com I can’t seem to log in. I got some suggestions on how to handle things, but I have no idea what to do.

My webdesigner said I should contact dreamhost, but even then, it’s hard for me to get a hold of them to help me with my situation. If anybody is willing to help me, I’d greatly greatly greatly appreciate it.

Well, you can contact Dreamhost support through the panel, Just go to http://panel.dreamhost.com Then click on support and contact support. You can put a messeg in there and they will resong do it - within 24 hours, but recently I’ve been getting repiles back in only a few min - at least for the easy stuff.

As far as why you can’tlong in, it’s hard to say as you didn’t tell us why you ant log in - what error message are you getting? Keep in mind that both your use name and passowrd are cASe SensITIve. Past that I’m not sure what else to suggest.

error id: “bad_httpd_conf”

Just curious, but what does that mean?

Usually it means either something went wrong with the server setup or they have disabled your account. The latter seems plausible if you can’t log into the panel. Would they have any reason to suspect credit or ID issues?
